The program’s Partner Enablement module provides three levels of training that spans Sales (101), Pre-Sales Technical (201), and Delivery Engineering (301). Participants acquire increasingly powerful skills to master competitive brand architecture and positioning for a higher customer win rate, then graduate to a stronger understanding of product functionality to better scope opportunities. Finally, they will gain technical skills and knowledge required for any partner delivering billable service, including how to effectively use reporting for customer buy-in and planning, and ensure each project receives effective support and delivery.
